We come from the studio floor.

DreamFit began inside fitness studios in Miami, built by the people who teach the classes, train the teachers and make the hires.
Today, DreamFit Collective is the first-of-its-kind hiring platform for the fitness industry.

Our Story

The teacher was always the reason the room filled.

For years we ran studios, a training academy and hundreds of classes a week. We watched members fall in love with teachers, follow them across town and build their routines around one person on one mat.

And still, every hire ran on DMs and gut feeling. Every certification was taken on faith. Every brilliant teacher who walked through our doors arrived as a stranger, carrying years of work that lived nowhere.

So we built the thing we kept wishing existed. A verified profile for every teaching career, and a hiring platform on top of it. Made by operators, for the people who fill the room.

We say “built by operators” because it’s true, not because it sounds good. Everyone building DreamFit has run a studio floor, trained a teacher or made a hire under pressure.
